Mental illness:
A freezing decade, and the darkness almost smothered me, and it crept down like a shadow in the dark,
Though lost in a sea of souls with horrifying cries,
I cringed, and squander but nothing seems to wander,
Although I felt pure emptiness,
I hung on for hope to speak, and I escaped through that one- way door that time kept standing still,
Where day light doesn’t shine, and to capture the world’s divine,
Happiness I can see you shine down on me for you are warm and you are free,
Captured from the Hell of the Night,
Where the Mad Dog talks in tongues,
For all the Sun Has Shine and Sung…
